These terms govern use of Video Splitter. By installing, activating, or using the software, you agree to these terms and any purchase-specific terms displayed by the seller or marketplace.
Licence grant
Subject to payment and compliance with these terms, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use Video Splitter for lawful purposes. Unless your purchase states otherwise, one licence may be activated on up to two computers.
Restrictions
You may not resell, share, publish, distribute, sublicense, reverse engineer for circumvention, or provide your licence key to other people. You may not interfere with licensing, activation limits, or security controls.
Your content
You remain responsible for the videos you process and for having the necessary rights to copy, split, store, or distribute them. Video Splitter does not grant rights to third-party content.
Software behavior
Video Splitter uses stream-copy segmentation. Segment boundaries can vary slightly from the requested duration because source keyframe placement affects lossless cutting. Output compatibility can depend on the source streams and selected container format.
Updates and availability
The product, licensing service, documentation, and system requirements may be updated. Reasonable efforts are made to keep licensing and support services available, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Refunds
Refund eligibility follows the policy shown at purchase, including any marketplace-specific terms. A refunded or disputed purchase may result in licence revocation.
Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by law, the software is provided without guarantees that it will meet every workflow or support every media file. Always retain backups of important source material. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the product where such limitation is legally permitted.
